Fund Raising
If you’re a non-profit organization trying to raise funds, there is no better way to do it than by using fine art. Everyone likes art; those with a collage education invariably gravitate towards finer art. These are people who become collectors of sort, and quickly understand the value of collecting limited edition art early on in a promising artist’s career, or signed and numbered editions by already established artists. Those with college educations also have higher incomes, with few exceptions of course.
If you are going to decorate your home or office, you might as well hang something on the wall that is going to appreciate in value over the years as opposed to decorator art that is going nowhere. The right art is alive, it breathes purpose into life by its every existence.
As an example; an artist creates an image, you contract with us to buy and package the edition and offer it to the public, with proceeds derived from it’s sale being used to help the cause your organization represents. Those that buy the art will get a tax write off because they are not buying the print, but rather making a donation to your cause and the print is a gift from you for the offering. Simple.
Your expected return on equity is between 80 and 85 percent, depending on the size of the donation. For example; I have structured similar fund drives where the donation was set at $1,000.00, the cost to package the print fell between $150.00 and $200.00 done properly. Packaging the print involves the printing of the edition, the framing and signing and numbering by the artist and the box in which to ship it in. It must be expertly packed in order to be accepted by UPS.
We can apply images to crystal where the overall cost is less, but these require minium quantities in order to bring cost down. Do produce this domestically would be cost prohibitive, it must be done off shore in order to achieve maximum savings. Ready to ship to donnor cost would average around $25.00 complete.
Jewelry is also another alterative, there are many types of jewelry that could suffice in this area with no preparation cost involved.
